This is an entry-level position which provides support to Finance Team in general by catering to clerical and administrative requirements.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Writing of transactions on the Journal ;
  • Releasing of Collection Receipts and Sales Invoice;
  • Printing of Sales Invoices and checks ;
  • Filing of vouchers ;
  • Requesting and monitoring of Office Supplies
  • Scanning of vouchers;
  • Monitoring and scanning of CWT;
  • Preparing of deposit slips;
  • Filing of fund replenishments;
  • Emailing of Deposit Slip of CA/Liquidations/Payment to supplier/utilities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Accounting Management, Financial Management or Finance-related studies;
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply;
  • Keen to details and organized;
  • With good MS Office Skills;
  • Willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa;
  • Can start ASAP.
