Solid Construction (Cebu), Inc. (Solicon) has emerged as one of the most respected general contracting firms in Cebu. Solicon is a certified Filipino capitalized corporation established and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission since November 1972. Since then, the company has pioneered several projects including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings around the Philippines, and currently focusing on Visayas and Mindanao.

We are actively looking for a Design Architect with a passion for architectural design, attention to detail, and the capacity to transform ideas into powerful visual representations to add to our growing team

Responsibilities:

  • Create innovative and functional design solutions that integrate sustainability, aesthetics, and functionality
  • Produce high-quality architectural drawings, renderings, and presentations
  • Collaborate with project teams, including other architects and engineers, to develop comprehensive design proposals and resolve design challenges
  • Conduct research on emerging trends, materials, and technologies to inform design decisions and enhance project outcomes
  • Rendering, conceptualizing and drafting.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • Must be a Licensed Architect
  • Proficiency in any design software
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of sustainable design principles, building codes, and regulations
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM; Saturdays: 8:00 AM-12:00 PM.

Work Set-up: Onsite (Cebu City, Cebu)
