About the Role

Ezpeleta Demiar Architectural Solutions' is seeking a highly skilled Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of innovative architectural solutions that shape the built environment. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to projects that combine creativity, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of the local context.

Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and translate their vision into practical and aesthetically pleasing architectural plans
  2. Develop comprehensive architectural designs, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings
  3. Ensure designs comply with all relevant building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards
  4. Coordinate with engineers, construction teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of projects
  5. Review plans, working drawings, and technical specifications
  6. Disseminate approved plans, drawings, and/or technical specifications to concerned staff
  7. Attend management and technical meetings with engineers, consultants, and owners
  8. Conduct site visits at major construction stages and document project progress
  9. Oversee a group of architectural apprentices and junior staff and check quality of their work

Qualifications

  1. Licensed Architect
  2. 1-3 years of hands-on experience, focusing on design, construction, project documentation, and technical drawings
  3. Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
  4. Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and sustainability principles
  5. Familiar with construction processes
  6. A creative and innovative mindset with a passion for design
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
