Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Draw the requirements of houses or other structures: structural, electrical-auxiliary, mechanical and plumbing
  • Coordinate with engineers for the implementation of the drawings or revisions.
  • Liaise with Materials Coordinator on the availability of materials.
  • Coordinate with Architect II/Site Coordinator and Manager (PDTS) all work outputs for consultation, recommendation and approval
  • Transmit documents requested by the production department
  • Ensure all transmitted documents, details and specifications are correct for production department implementation
  • Keep copies of approved drawing files
  • Ensure that all drawings, plans, and files are saved and regularly being backed-up
  • Print copies of plans requested by production team and authorized by management
  • Comply with safety and health policies, regulations and programs of the company
  • Report safety issues to the appropriate officers

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Architecture (Registered and Licensed Architect)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and coordinate to other departments effectively

    Proficiency with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp)
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve design discrepancies
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
