Our team consists of experienced associates skilled in project conceptualization, estate master-planning, environmentally-sensitive design, detailing, and construction.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect based in Cebu. The Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and other structures, creating detailed architectural plans, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Daily tasks include project conceptualization, detailed drawings, and collaboration with other professionals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Architecture with license; 3+ years experience
  • Proficient in: AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite
  • Proficiency in AutoDesk REVIT is an advantage
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Highly committed and dependable
  • With multi-project management experience"
