Job Description

The Sales Coach (Manager) plays a vital role in driving sales performance and organizational success. This role requires strong expertise in sales strategies, product knowledge, and advanced coaching techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Mentor and develop team managers and leaders, enhancing their sales coaching skills.

Design, implement, and manage training programs to elevate sales representative performance.

Analyze sales data to generate actionable insights for strategic planning.

Optimize lead targeting strategies to increase conversion rates.

Track campaign ROI and apply data-driven improvements.

Collaborate with operations to boost conversion opportunities.

Drive adoption of data-based decision-making within sales teams.

Qualifications

Sales Expertise: Mastery of advanced sales strategies and techniques.

Leadership & Mentorship: Proven success in guiding and developing high-performing teams.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
