Duties and Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics that align with the company's objectives and drive revenue growth;

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of work experience in a sales role, with at least 2+ years in a management or leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and managing a sales team.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentorship skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and sales priorities effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to review data and draw actionable insights.
