Job Title: Accounts Receivable Coordinator (Remote - Philippines)

About the Role

We are hiring a Remote Accounts Receivable Coordinator (PH) to manage accounts receivable, ensure accurate billing, and communicate with clients.

Position Details

  • Full-Time | $6 USD/hr | Bi-weekly via Wise
  • Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM CST (9 PM–6 AM PH Time)
  • Start: Within 2 weeks
  • Requirements: Call handling, Zoom camera on entire shift, US health insurance knowledge a plus

Key Responsibilities

  • Process accounts receivable transactions & reconcile accounts
  • Issue invoices & follow up on payments
  • Resolve billing discrepancies & maintain records
  • Generate A/R reports & assist with month-end closing

Qualifications

  • English proficiency (spoken & written)
  • Experience in accounts receivable or medical billing
  • Detail-oriented, organized, able to work independently
  • Reliable computer, stable internet, backup power source
  • Required Docs: NBI Clearance (≤6 months), latest COE, government ID
