Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Accounts Receivable Officer. The Accounts Receivable Officer will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the accounts receivable processes, including credit control, debt collection, and customer communication. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records, performing reconciliations, analyzing accounts, and ensuring timely receipt of payments from clients. The individual in this role will also handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to maintain strong relationships.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in Credit Control and Debt Collection
  • Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Finance
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in financial software such as Xero, Quickbooks, and Google Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in the travel or tourism industry is a plus
