Job title: Deal Desk Quality Manager
Work Schedule: Rotating Shifts
Work Arrangement: Onsite (Sheridan, Mandaluyong)
Salary Package : up to 120K
Start date: First week of October

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field
- At least 2 years of working experience in a Quality Management role in a BPO setting is required
- Minimum of 3 years on a Managerial capacity
- Minimum of at least 12 months experience with Order Management, Operations, or Order to Cash
- Expertise with QA and Compliance processes, definition documents and scoring guidelines
- Experience coaching, inspiring and motivating others to meet goals and metrics
- Strong Analytical skills; Able to tell a story with data and metric
- Ability to understand contracts
- Experience with complex deal structuring
- Experience in Dynamics CRM and Salesforce CRM
- Experience working with the full Microsoft office suite and Google suite
- Must have knowledge on Quality Management framework
- English Proficiency of at least C1
- Must not be a former or current employee of the client
- Should not be a job hopper who only works for less than a year per company
