Work Schedule: Rotating Shifts Work Arrangement: Onsite (Sheridan, Mandaluyong) Salary Package: Up to 53k Start date: First week of October Key Responsibilities: Order Management & O2C Support – Manage and execute the order-to-cash process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely fulfillment of customer orders. Complex Deal Structuring – Support sales teams in structuring non-standard deals, including handling pricing variations, discounts, and approvals across multiple stakeholders. CRM System Utilization – Use Salesforce CRM and Dynamics CRM (preferred) to process, track, and validate orders, ensuring data integrity and smooth workflow. Cross-Functional Coordination – Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to resolve issues, validate contracts, and ensure alignment with company policies.
