About the role We are seeking a talented Deal Desk Order Management Specialist to join our customer service team at Nezda Technologies, Inc. in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing and processing customer orders, ensuring a seamless experience. You will be a key point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support and resolution of any order-related queries or issues.
