Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize Fusion Framework built on Salesforce to support business use cases workflows and dashboards
  • Develop and maintain custom objects flows validation rules Lightning pages approval processes and custom metadata
  • Build and optimize custom components Apex LWC Visualforce where needed
  • Manage data models permission sets roles profiles and sharing rules
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into functional technical solutions
  • Support integration with external systems ServiceNow email platforms data sources etc
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues bugs and performance bottlenecks
  • Maintain system documentation and provide end-user support or training when required

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce platform development and administration
  • Proven experience working with the Fusion Framework Fusion Risk Management or similar managed packages
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration including custom objects fields flows validation rules and approval processes
  • Proficiency in Apex SOQL LWC and Process Builder
  • Experience with Salesforce security model including OWD roles sharing rules and permission sets
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools eg Git Copado Gearset and deployment best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator ADM201 and Platform Developer I PD1
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with ServiceNow Outlook or other third-party systems
  • Knowledge of Fusion specific data models and resilience use cases
  • Experience working in regulated or enterprise environments
