About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Data Analyst to design, maintain, and optimize an Excel-based CRM system supporting our Sales Development team. You'll ensure data accuracy, efficiency, and performance visibility to drive lead management and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain a custom Excel-based CRM using Macros and Power BI
  • Manage SDR tabs with standardized fields for prospect and lead data
  • Ensure data consistency and accuracy through regular audits and formatting rules
  • Handle lead management, including distribution and de-duplication
  • Structure SDR outreach workflows and cadence templates
  • Automate dashboards and reports to track key metrics (calls, emails, meetings, opportunities)
  • Generate insights and trend analyses to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of data analytics experience (B2B preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (macros required); experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights

Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month
