Job description:

DUTY:

  • Checking of correctness and completeness of the documents for Consumption Entries
  • Prepare documents needed for Consumption Entries
  • Prepare documents for billing

TASK:

  • Check if documents are correct for proper documentation.
  • If there are discrepancies coordinate with partner Customer Service Representative so that they can coordinate with proper point of contact for revisions.
  • Check if required permits are properly supplied.
  • If the required permit is not supplied, coordinate with the partner Customer Service Representative so they can ask with proper point of contact for the permit be supplied.
  • Check for shipment arrival.
  • Classify items for proper Computation of Duties and Taxes.
  • Compute duties and taxes for payee's approval.
  • Upon approval of duties and taxes prepare Single Administrative Document and other documentary requirements for the filling of Consumption Entries.
  • Prepare Delivery Receipt for proper delivery of shipment.
  • Endorse all documents to Customs Processor for proper clearance and release of cargo.
  • Collect all documents needed for billing.
  • Create copy of the documents needed for billing as filling copy.
  • Forward the documents to the billing clerk.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT:

  • COLLEGE GRADUATE

PREFERRED ACADEMIC DEGREE:

  • BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN CUSTOMS ADMINISTRATION

LICENSURE & CERTIFICATES:

  • LICENSED CUSTOMS BROKER

PREFERRED INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE:

  • BROKERAGE

PREFERRED YEARS EXPERIENCE:

  • 1 YEAR
