QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. A bachelor's degree in business management, Communications, Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Business Administration, or any other related field.

  2. Proven Experience in Key account Management with a reputation of achieving revenues and goals.

  3. Proficient in all Microsoft office applications as well as CRM software.

  4. The ability to handle multiple client accounts without compromising the quality the quality of service.

  5. The ability to build rapport with key clients

  6. Strong negotiation and Leadership skills.

  7. Exceptional customer service skills.

  8. Excellent communication skills.

  9. Preferably with background from FMCG, Consumer Health, or Pharmaceutical environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the Company.

  • Addressing and resolving key client's complaints.

  • Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.

  • Communicating and collaborating with the marketing, accounting , and logistics departments to ensure that key clients need are met.

  • Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.

  • Developing a through understanding of key clients needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.

  • Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals.

  • Identifying new business opportunities for the key clients.

  • Keep abreast with industry market trends and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
