Finance Associate

Job Summary:

The Finance Associate will support the finance team in day-to-day accounting and financial operations. This role is responsible for assisting with budgeting, reporting, financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial policies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of financial principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
• Perform reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable processing.
• Help ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Conduct variance analysis and report on financial performance.
• Provide administrative support for audits and tax filings.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives within the finance team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Financial Management.
• 1–3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with financial modeling or data analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
