Payroll:
- Prepare employees's compensation though company HRIS day after the cut-off date
- Timely endorsement of payroll for checking of Admin and HR Chief and JFE Manila Branch Manager
- Ensure the correct employee account number
- Ensure that Government mandatories, Tax and other forms of deductions and additions to payroll are accurate
- Answer queries about payroll computation
- Calculate bonuses and allowances
Compensation and benefits
- Draft and maintain a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits (Tracker of Salary grade per position and level)
- Endorse payroll journal entry to Accounting officer every month
- Participate in the regularization process regarding salary and allowance changes
- Ensures compliance to all company benefits such as but not limited to Loans and Leaves
- Coordinates with HMO provider all concerns related to employee health benefits
- Coordinates for HMO Renewal and sourcing of other providers
Report and compliance
- Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc)
- Ensure the timely submission of DOLE reports
- Ensure the timely monthly submission of timekeeping and payroll
- Maintain a leave tracker
- Participate in the tax annualization process, BIR compliance and audit
- Ensure timely disbursement of salaries and bonuses
- Ensure the DOLE report compliance
