Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. This role will help manage day-to-day HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll coordination, and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate is organized, trustworthy, and passionate about supporting people and processes.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, initial screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Prepare and process documents for onboarding, contracts, and employee movement.
  • Maintain and update employee records, 201 files, attendance reports, and HR databases.
  • Support payroll preparation by consolidating attendance, leave records, and other adjustments.
  • Coordinate government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and employee inquiries.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, employee engagement programs, and company events.
  • Handle HR inquiries, emails, and other administrative tasks.
  • Provide support in employee relations and HR compliance activities.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years experience in HR or administrative work.
  • Basic knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and government benefits.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle confidential information.
