Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Support:

  • Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

  • Assist in opening and closing duties, including setting up and cleaning the outlet.
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Staff Supervision:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of service staff (servers, bartenders, etc.).

  • Assist in training new staff members and provide ongoing training.
  • Motivate and encourage staff to provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage staff schedules and breaks.

  • Customer Service:

  • Ensure all customers receive prompt and courteous service.

  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements.
  • Maintain a welcoming and positive atmosphere.

  • Inventory Management:

  • Assist in managing inventory levels and ordering supplies.

  • Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.
  • Minimize waste and control costs.

  • Quality Control:

  • Ensure the quality and consistency of food and beverage products.

  • Monitor presentation and service standards.
  • Address any quality issues promptly.

  • Administrative Tasks:

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as cash handling and reporting.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and staff performance.
  • Assist in preparing daily and weekly reports.

  • Experience: Previous experience in a food and beverage service role.
  • Supervisory Skills: Ability to lead and supervise a team.
