We're looking for a
Participant Recruiter
to join our strong data operations team in the Philippines You'll play a vital role in recruiting and engaging participants for neuroscience experiments, managing communication channels, and ensuring a smooth and positive participant experience. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking research while working with a collaborative and innovative team.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and screen participants, schedule and confirm sessions
  • Communicate via calls, texts, and emails to ensure attendance and retention
  • Manage participant data and scheduling using CRM systems
  • Monitor communication channels and respond promptly
  • Serve as the main contact for participants and support team recruitment goals

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident and persuasive
  • Clear and engaging communicator, both written and verbal
  • Energetic, organized, and detail-oriented multitasker
  • Fluent in English and Filipino; proactive and results-driven
  • Creative problem-solver and collaborative team player
  • Experience in sales, recruitment, or customer engagement (a plus)
  • Comfortable using software and CRM systems (a plus)
