Position Summary (General Job Description)
The Business Process Development Unit Head is the one responsible in looking at the big picture, i.e. understanding project objectives and applying his/her understanding of how processes should work to operational improvement initiatives. He/she shall also be in-charge in identifying market opportunities for expansion and/or improvement of business operations.
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years supervisory experience may be required
Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze, develop and implement new business opportunities.
- Analyze, develop and configure business processes and data structures.
- Coordinates with clients to understand their business needs and requirements.
- Translate business objectives and requirements into functional and system specifications.
- Design and develop required interfaces and enhancements.
- Coordinate with implementation team to develop and refine logistics. Serves as a liaison between the operations people and the IT team.
- Ensure project is completed on time and within the budgetary limits.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by an appropriate authority.
