What you are expected to have for the role:

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Handle a high volume of incoming phone calls
  • To ensure customer satisfaction, identify and assess their needs.
  • Create long-term relationships and trust with customer accounts by engaging in open and interactive communication.
  • Use the appropriate methods/tools to provide accurate, valid, and complete information.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, processed customer accounts, and filed documents.
  • Candidates should have their own device (laptop/ PC, monitor and headset).
  • Can fluently speak in Spanish

Pay: Php 40, Php 60,000.00 per month
