  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM Software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or holidays if needed.
