Customer Service Representative (CSR) – With Upselling Experience

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative who's not just great at solving problems, but also skilled in upselling and cross-selling. If you love connecting with people, recommending solutions this role is for you

What You'll Do:

  • Assist customers via phone, chat, or email with professionalism and empathy.
  • Spot opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products, services, or plan upgrades.
  • Deliver excellent service while meeting sales and upsell targets.
  • Handle objections with confidence and turn "maybes" into "yes."
  • Keep customer accounts updated and accurately record interactions in our system.
  • Work with the team to share best practices and improve overall performance.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1+ year experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales (BPO experience is a big plus).
  • Strong background in upselling/cross-selling with proven results.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken English).
  • A positive attitude, resilience, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting schedules.
  • High school graduate (Bachelor's degree a plus).
