Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Technical Service & Support Supervisor

What are the Roles and Responsibilities?

  • Develop and implement raiser incremental programs tailored to the needs of key and minor raisers
  • Regular monitor the effectiveness of programs, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes
  • Collect and analyze data to measure the success of implemented programs and prepare detailed reports for senior management
  • Guide and support technicians in the recruitment of minor raisers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Oversee and evaluate the performance of technicians, offering constructive feedback and support to improve their effectiveness
  • Deliver comprehensive veterinary services to Kabalikat farms, including health assessments, treatment plans, and disease prevention
  • Provide technical advice and support to farm managers and staff on best practices in animal husbandry and farm management
  • Respond to emergency situations involving animal health issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution
  • Perform other related functions which maybe assigned by the immediate superior from time to time

What are the Qualifications?

·       Candidates must have a license in Veterinary Medicine

·       Can provide technical services for hogs

·       Must be a team player, flexible and can work under minimal supervision

·       Must know how to drive (with valid Driver's License) and must be willing to travel

·       Fresh graduates / or with work experience are welcome to apply

·       Applicants must be willing to work in Zamboanga area
