  • Process the day-to-day orders of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders or Prepaid (Non-COD) orders.
  • Process the day-to-day order for Meetup/Pick Up or Same Day Delivery Transactions.
  • Prepare the booking file to be requested from the logistics partner.
  • Responsible to request for verification of payment.
  • Process Customer Refund Request
  • Monitor the day-to-day orders if all the item has been served correctly.
  • Monitoring inventory in webstore
  • Updating Product list and price list
  • Monitoring and arranging stock fulfillment for online orders
  • Monitor chat response rate and customer service quality
  • Upsell and able to go extra miles in providing customer service
  • Creative and able to suggest new selling strategy when needed
  • Willing to work from Monday -Sunday (shifting)
  • 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
