We're looking for a results-oriented Email Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist with deep HubSpot experience to join us in scaling our digital presence and driving measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Email Marketing & Automation
  • Design, build, and optimise email campaigns within HubSpot (newsletters, drip campaigns, workflows).
  • Segment audiences and personalise messaging to drive engagement, conversions, and retention.
  • Monitor campaign performance, A/B test subject lines, CTAs, and creative for continuous improvement.
  • Lead Generation & Nurturing
  • Develop and execute lead-generation strategies across multiple channels (email, landing pages, forms, and integrations).
  • Build and manage nurturing sequences to move leads effectively through the funnel.
  • Collaborate with Sales to align MQL → SQL handoff, ensuring pipeline growth and quality.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Track campaign performance, attribution, and ROI using HubSpot dashboards and analytics.
  • Provide actionable insights to optimise campaigns for growth and efficiency.
  • Collaboration & Growth
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and creative teams to deliver aligned campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of email marketing trends, automation best practices, and compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in email marketing and lead generation, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Advanced HubSpot expertise (workflows, sequences, reporting, automation).
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with an eye for design.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategic recommendations.
  • Familiarity with CRM best practices and sales-marketing alignment.
