About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Klaviyo Virtual Assistant to manage and optimize our email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be experienced in Klaviyo, highly detail-oriented, and able to deliver engaging campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, schedule, and send campaigns in Klaviyo.
  • Set up and optimize automated flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, win-back, post-purchase, etc.).
  • Segment audiences for personalized targeting.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve open rates, CTRs, and conversions.
  • Monitor campaign performance and generate regular reports.
  • Maintain and clean subscriber lists.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign planning and creative ideas.
  • Ensure compliance with email best practices and deliverability standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven hands-on experience with Klaviyo (required).
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices.
  • Experience with audience segmentation and automation workflows.
  • Excellent written English and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and suggest improvements.
  • Ability to work full-time remotely and manage deadlines.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php33, Php40,000.00 per month
