Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Accounting Head role located in Parañaque. The Accounting Head will oversee the company's financial operations, including preparing and reviewing financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing financial reporting. They will lead the accounting team, analyze financial data to guide decision-making processes, and ensure the organization's financial stability and efficiency. Other responsibilities include streamlining accounting processes and contributing to strategic financial planning.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and General Accounting
  • Proficient in Finance and possessing strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
  • Proven leadership abilities and experience managing accounting teams
  • Solid knowledge of accounting principles, compliance, and financial regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is a plus
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
