We are looking for a highly strategic
Finance Manager / Head of Finance
who can lead financial planning, ensure regulatory compliance, strengthen internal controls, and drive data-driven decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial performance reporting
  • Oversee cash flow, working capital, and liquidity management
  • Ensure accurate and timely BIR filings, audit readiness, and full compliance
  • Manage accounting operations, monthly closings, and financial statements (GAAP)
  • Develop and mentor a growing finance and accounting team
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and financial systems development
  • Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Purchasing, and other teams on costing, pricing, and business insights

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or Management Accounting
  • CPA or CMA preferred
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in leadership
  • Strong background in financial planning, tax compliance, and internal controls
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; Power BI is a plus
  • Experience in food, distribution, e-commerce, or manufacturing is an advantage
