Distributor Sales Supervisor

Distributor Sales Supervisor will ensure effective sales and distribution of FMCG products within a designated region through the following;
- Ensuring availability and visibility of products at the trade level.
- Supervision and training of Distributor Sales Personnel.
- Timely cascade, implementation and monitoring of principals trade supports to distributor sales force.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors, addressing any operational or sales issues.
- To provide feedback on the trade programs implemented and give sound suggestions.
- Analyze sales data, track market trends, and identify opportunities for expansion.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any business-related courses
- With minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Fast-moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry
- Proficient in Distributor Management, Selling, Negotiation, and Execution
