Job Preview

We are looking for a high-performing and competitive Sales Supervisor to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive. You will be responsible to make the most of our sales team potential.

Key Responsibilties:

 Supervising, coaching and evaluating sales representatives & tele-marketers to meet and exceed goals

 Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.

 Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support

 Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources

 Meet sales qoutas and goals. Promotional activities ideas and supervision upon implementation

 Recruitment, hiring, and training of new sales representatives

 Maintaining strong communication and relationship with key accounts and suppliers

Qualifications and Skills:

 Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

 2 years of experience in branch management, retail, or similar business industries

 Proven track record in leadership, customer service, and financial management

 Skills and competencies

 Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills

 Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team

 Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

 High attention to detail and organizational skills

 Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and branch management software

 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php24,000.00 per month
