About the role

As a Store Supervisor at Select Goods', you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store located in Calamba City, Laguna. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience while driving the store's efficiency and profitability.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervising and coordinating the store's team of sales associates, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company policies
  • Managing inventory levels, ordering new stock, and overseeing the replenishment process to maintain an optimal product selection
  • Analysing sales data and identifying opportunities for improvement, implementing strategies to boost revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring the store's visual merchandising, displays, and overall presentation meet the company's high standards
  • Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and resolving issues in a prompt and professional manner
  • Collaborating with the management team to develop and implement store-level initiatives and goals
  • Overseeing the store's cash management, banking procedures, and adherence to financial protocols

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Proficient in inventory management, data analysis, and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, to analyse data and generate reports
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and driving sales growth
