About the role

This is a full-time position as a Business Development Officer based in Paco, Manila City, Metro Manila. As a Business Development Officer at Highpoint Services Network Philippines Inc., you will play a key role in identifying and securing new business opportunities to drive growth for the company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively research and identify potential new clients and business prospects within your assigned territory
  2. Develop and execute tailored prospecting strategies to engage with target accounts
  3. Initiate, build, and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients
  4. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to effectively communicate Highpoint's service offerings
  5. Negotiate contract terms and close new business deals
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new client projects
  7. Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities
  8. Continuously seek opportunities to expand and strengthen Highpoint's client portfolio

What we're looking for

  1. At least 2 years of experience in new business development or sales, preferably in the sales industry
  2. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels
  3. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of closing new business
  4. Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  5. Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
  6. Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
