Job Qualifications:

  • At least finished 2nd year in College.
  • With PRC Real Estate License or Accredited Salesperson Certificate (an advantage).
  • Proven experience in real estate sales.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of real estate sales experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate market trends, sales techniques, and property documentation processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and online marketing platforms (e.g., Facebook, Property24, Lamudi).
  • Willing to work on-site, conduct fieldwork, and meet clients as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell residential properties to prospective buyers.
  • Assist clients in buying, and selling while ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Conduct property tours, trippings, and client presentations.
  • Build and maintain a network of clients, brokers, and investors.
  • Prepare necessary documents such as offers, contracts, and other property-related paperwork.
  • Coordinate with developers, property owners, and internal teams for updates and inventory.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Participate in marketing activities, project launches, and events to generate leads.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new project developments.
