Multimedia Specialist

OVERVIEW

A Multimedia Specialist is responsible for creating visual and multimedia content that showcases real estate properties and enhances the company's brand presence. The role includes photo and video production, graphic design, layout creation, social media content development, and assisting in marketing campaigns to support sales and brand visibility.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY

1. Photo and Video Production

• Capture high-quality photos and videos of properties, events, and marketing activities.
• Shoot interiors, exteriors, amenities, and areal shots.
• Conduct creative property walkthrough videos and short-form content.
• Ensure all visuals outputs meet brand standards.

2. Editing and Post-Production

• Edit photos and visuals for marketing use.
• Produce edited videos including transitions, audio, captions, and effects.
• Create multimedia content optimized for social media and adds.

3. Graphic Design and Layout

• Design promotional materials such as:

• Flyers

• Posters

• Social Media Graphics

• Banners

• Projest Presentations

• Ensure alignment with company branding and project guidelines.

4. Social Media Content Creation

• Produce engaging multimedia content for Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, etc.
• Assist in creating captions, short videos, and marketing creatives.
• Provide visual assists for the marketing team and sales force.

5. Marketing Support

• Collaborate with the Marketing Executives for campaign materials and visuals.
• Prepare project visuals, infographics, and promotional content.
• Assist during open house, events, and project launches (photo and video coverage)

6. File Management and Documentation

• Maintain organized folders of photos , videos, and design templates.
• Archive raw files and final outputs for future use.
• Ensure all marketing assts are updated and accessible.

7. Brand Development

• Help improve the company's visual identity through consistent multimedia outputs.
• Suggest creative ideas and concepts for improving marketing prsence.
