Lead Designer (Workplace & Fit-Out Projects)

Makati City | Full-time | Onsite

About the Role

Radix HR is seeking a Lead Designer to drive the creative and technical aspects of workplace and corporate fit-out projects. This role requires balancing design innovation with practicality—turning client visions into functional, buildable solutions while coordinating closely with project managers, engineers, and quantity surveyors.

What You'll Do

  • Develop design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for fit-out and design & build projects.
  • Ensure all design outputs meet client requirements, budgets, and timelines.
  • Present design solutions effectively and communicate concepts with clarity.
  • Review and finalize drawings, material boards, and presentations prior to client submission.
  • Collaborate with project teams to confirm design feasibility and adherence to standards.
  • Guide and mentor junior designers to maintain quality and consistency across deliverables.
  • Keep updated with workplace design trends, materials, and technologies.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of work experience as a Designer in Workplace/Corporate Design, Fit-Out, and Design & Build projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and Photoshop.
  • Strong portfolio showing both creative design and technical detailing.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to clearly convey ideas to clients and team members.
  • Practical knowledge of construction processes and detailing.
  • Licensed Architect or Interior Designer is an advantage.
