Job Overview:

The Lead Multimedia Designer will spearhead the delivery of exceptional creative outcomes to increase brand awareness. The role will work collaboratively with the marketing team in conceptualizing designs and planning complex creative projects. This also includes overseeing the entire creative team in ensuring project deadlines are met and to guarantee that each output is consistent with the brand, rigorously executed, and sets itself apart from the competition.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative designs, including graphics, animations, layouts, and other collaterals for e-commerce platforms, websites, social media, marketing promotions, and campaigns.
  • Oversee and mentor the design team, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, quality standards, and creative direction.
  • Apply strong knowledge of design, illustration, and animation fundamentals to produce innovative and visually compelling outputs.
  • Direct the creation of animated sequences using industry-standard computer animation software, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail across all creative deliverables.
  • Provide creative direction and hands-on support in videography, storyboarding, and video content production.
  • Manage the editing of video and audio materials to support various multimedia programs and campaigns.
  • Lead the development of product concepts, giveaways, and PR packaging designs, from ideation to final execution.
  • Present design samples, storyboards, and creative concepts for management approval.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, animation techniques, and emerging creative technologies, sharing insights with the team to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and other internal teams to align creative outputs with business goals.
  • Provide guidance on character design, typography animation, and multi-format creative outputs.
  • Perform services for Biocostech Philippines Corporation, its affiliates, and its subsidiaries.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, or any related field.
  • Work experience as a Multimedia Designer/Graphic Designer or a similar position in the Design industry is a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite—in particular Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects, and InDesign, and video editor software such as Final Cut Pro
  • Has successfully executed solo creative projects or freelance design offers.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive in brainstorming ideas and actively participating in creative discussions.
  • Able to deliver high-quality design output while meeting deadlines.
  • Experience leading or managing a design team is a plus.
