SPECIFIC DUTIES

  1. Pag-aralan ng maigi ang mga sumusunod:

a. Production Procedure (Packing)

b. Parts Familiarization (Checklist ng bawa't parte o process)

c. Knowledge on Differentiating Product ("Good" and "No Good" products)

d. Work Instructions

e. Documents (Marunong sa mga dokumentong gawain)

  1. Mag-inspect batay sa Visual Inspection o Actual Appearance ng:

a. gasgas, dents, scratches, die mark, uneven paint, bubbles, walang pinta, misweld, overweld, incomplete welding, undercut, hindi nabutas ng welding, pin holes o blow holes, spatters sa pyesa o thread.

b. hugis o sukat na hindi angkop (fitting) sa Jig.

c. no good crates na may halo-halong (mixed) pyesa.

  1. Maagap sa paggawa/pagsumite ng report sa TL tungkol sa anumang problema, ma-proseso o ma-produkto.

  2. Tumutulong panatiliin ang sariling kaligtasan at ang kaligtasan ng kapwa habang nagta-trabaho sa loob ng kumpanya sa pamamagitan ng pagsuot ng tamang PPE at sa tuwinang pagsunod/paggamit ng tama ng bawa't makina at instrumento. Pakatandaan ang importansya ng pagpapatupad ng "No Safety, No Production".

  3. Aktibong sumasali at sinusuportahan ang NHC, Kaizen at iba pang Clients' Motivation programs at activities.

  4. Tumutulong mapanatili na malinis at maayos ang kapaligiran ayon sa ipinatutupad na "5S" Program:

a. Sort – alamin ang mga bagay na kailangan at itapon ang hindi kailangan.

b. Set in Order – Isaayos ang mga bagay ayon sa pangangailangan.

c. Sweep – Linisin ang lugar na pinagtatrabahuan.

d. Standardize – Panatiliin ang wastong Pamantayan ng Kalinisan at Kaayusan.

e. Sustain – Kusang gawin ang mga bagay na nararapat.

  1. Gawin ang iba pang pamisan-minsang pinag-uutos ng Tagapatnugot.
