  • Quality Objectives Reporting:

  • Collate, validate, and submit monthly quality objectives reports to ensure compliance with company standards and goals.

  • Corrective Action Requests (CAR) Management:

  • Issue and follow up on Corrective Action Requests (CARs) and Non-CARs.

  • Conduct reviews of accomplished CARs and Non-CARs to ensure issues are resolved and corrective actions are effective.

  • Trend Analysis & Improvement:

  • Conduct trend analysis for issued Non-CARs and recommend improvements to prevent recurrence of issues.

  • Internal Audits & CAR Follow-Up:

  • Conduct periodic internal quality audits, including follow-up verifications and closure audits for issued CARs to ensure compliance with quality standards.

  • Customer Satisfaction:

  • Administer customer satisfaction surveys, analyze feedback, and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • QMS Documentation:

  • Review and update Quality Management System (QMS) documents, including MOP (Manual of Procedures), Risk Register, Quality Objectives, Records Matrix, Interested Parties, and Forms.

  • Process Improvement Projects:

  • Plan, manage, execute, monitor, control, and close process improvement projects aimed at enhancing quality and operational efficiency.

  • Project Status Updates:

  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, ensuring timely and transparent communication on project progress.

Compliance and Regulatory Monitoring:

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and statutory requirements (e.g. SDS, ROHS Compliance, ).
  • Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and reports.
  • Participate in regulatory inspections and follow up on corrective and preventive actions

Secure Supplier Quality Management:

  • Ensuring all New Product Production Parts Approval Process requirements from suppliers.
  • Conduct on-site verification of countermeasure effectiveness and audit Mass Pro and New product preparation in supplier before mass production.
  • Ensuring all suppliers follow the Supplier Quality Assurance Manual.
  • Prepare Quality Assurance Meeting Report, Evaluation report and Investigation report.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A graduate of any 4-year course (preferably a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or any related field)
  • With at least three (3) years of work experience as a Quality Practitioner/Staff or in a similar role.
  • Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 and has a strong understanding of quality management systems and processes.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance or a similar role within the logistics industry.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems, corrective action processes, and internal auditing.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with QMS software/tools.
  • Preferably with ISO 9001:2015 Awareness Training; Certified Internal Quality Auditor is a plus.
