What you'll be doing

  1. Engaging with potential customers over the phone, email and chat to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  2. Conducting thorough needs assessments to recommend the best products and services to meet customer requirements
  3. Delivering exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships with clients
  4. Generating new sales through inbound inquiries and cross-selling/upselling to existing customers
  5. Accurately logging all customer interactions and maintaining up-to-date sales records
  6. Collaborating with the wider sales team to share best practices and support each other's success

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of proven experience in a customer-facing sales role, preferably in the B2B or SaaS industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers
  3. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  4. A driven, resilient and adaptable mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  5. Proficiency in using sales automation and CRM tools to manage the full sales cycle
  6. A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and identifying solutions to meet customer needs
