What you'll be doing
- Engaging with potential customers over the phone, email and chat to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Conducting thorough needs assessments to recommend the best products and services to meet customer requirements
- Delivering exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships with clients
- Generating new sales through inbound inquiries and cross-selling/upselling to existing customers
- Accurately logging all customer interactions and maintaining up-to-date sales records
- Collaborating with the wider sales team to share best practices and support each other's success
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a customer-facing sales role, preferably in the B2B or SaaS industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- A driven, resilient and adaptable mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficiency in using sales automation and CRM tools to manage the full sales cycle
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and identifying solutions to meet customer needs
