About the Role We're looking for a sharp, Technical Recruiter to source top US-based talent across tech, engineering, and light healthcare roles. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, fill critical positions quickly, and help drive recruitment success across multiple industries. Key Responsibilities Source and screen candidates based on job orders from VMS clients in the US Utilize job boards, Boolean search techniques, and ATS platforms to identify and engage qualified talent. Build and maintain candidate pipelines across various roles and industries. Monitor and report on recruitment metrics such as submittals, interviews, and hires. Collaborate with hiring managers and account leads to improve sourcing strategies. Stay informed on recruitment trends and market developments to support effective hiring efforts. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 1 year of US recruitment experience, ideally handling technical or niche roles Familiar with working with MSP/VMS partners Comfortable using ATS platforms and job boards (Dice, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, etc.) Confident making cold calls and reaching out to passive candidates Knows how to use Boolean search and sourcing tricks to find great talent across different industries What we're offering? 15%-night differential Uncapped commissions HMO with 3 free dependents Paid Time Off Government mandated benefitsPerfect attendance bonus (Monthly & Quarterly) Free meal every workday, unlimited coffee Fixed weekends off Paid on US holidays, including Christmas and New Year Spiffs, Anniversary bonuses, and other exciting incentives #J-18808-Ljbffr
