What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement effective asset management strategies to maximise the value and lifespan of our physical and digital assets
  2. Monitor the condition and performance of assets, and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal functionality
  3. Oversee the procurement, deployment, and retirement of assets, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations
  4. Maintain comprehensive asset records and generate detailed reports for stakeholders
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities for improving asset utilisation and reducing operational costs
  6. Provide technical guidance and training to employees on asset management best practices

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in asset management, preferably within the Information & Communication Technology industry
  2. Strong understanding of asset management principles, tools, and technologies
  3. Proficient in the use of asset management software and data analysis tools
  4. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve asset-related issues
  5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
