Key Responsibilities
Provide Support and coordination for day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
Act as a reliever for key staff positions during their absence (e.g, leaves, off days)
Ensure a smooth handover and continuation of work during relief assignments
Assist in monitoring schedules, manpower allocation, and shift assignments.
Communicate with internal teams to relay updated, instructions, and feedback.
Maintain accurate records, and reports related to daily operations or relief duties.
Support documentation, filing and data entry task as required.
Respond to urgent requests for support or assistance in various departments.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
The Coordinator/Reliever is responsible for supporting operational activities by coordinating tasks, schedules, and communications, and stepping in to temporarily cover roles or duties as needed across various departments. This position ensures continuity and efficiency of operations during employee absences or peak workloads.
