* Organize the chart of unit availability / whereabouts of drivers.

* Submitting report of all fleet deliveries, every week to Manager.

* Scheduling of the relieve truck driver and what unit to be used.

* Answering calls of driver regarding allowances / repair, tire changing / rescue to maintenance (outside and inside of garage / while on delivery ).

* In charge on GPS device (Car track and Webcast) answering the emails, calls, and schedule of availability of units that are installed.

* Coordinate the needs of the drivers on PPE's and other documents needed for operation.
