1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related course

1. Strong knowledge in Recruitment and Selection
2. Experience in Employee Relations and Disciplinary Procedures
3. Expertise in Compensation & Benefits Administration
4. Proficient in Performance Management and Training & Development
5. Knowledge in Labor Laws and DOLE compliance
6. Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
7. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS (Human Resource Information System)
8. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
9. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

2. Organized, detail-oriented, and people-centered
3. Can work independently and lead a team effectively
