We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Supervisor with experience in the Fire Protection Systems industry. This role involves managing sales activities, developing business opportunities, and leading client engagement efforts. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge with excellent salesmanship to drive revenue growth and strengthen client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare & deliver sales proposals and presentation for client needs.
  • Develop, revise, and manage quotations and proposals for prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct site visits and client meetings to assess requirements and present solutions.
  • Prepare accurate and timely sales reports for internal review and strategic planning.
  • Handle customer inquiries via email and phone.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales and promotional materials.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives, including media communications, press releases, advertisements, and company website updates.
  • Support the Sales & Engineering team in achieving revenue targets and project goals.
  • Analyze customer portfolios and market data to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all sales documentation is organized and submitted on time.
  • Monitor project pipelines and report any developments or concerns to the Sales & Engineering Supervisor.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fire protection or related mechanical/electrical industries.
  • Ability to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word,Excel,PPT)
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to plan, execute, and follow through on projects and sales targets.
  • A team player who can collaborate effectively across departments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in B2B sales or project-based sales environments.
  • Familiarity with fire protection standards and local regulations is an advantage.
