Job Description

  • Sales and Report Managements
  • Achievement of sales objectives of the stores within the assigned area.

Cash Management

  • Checks daily cash count are being in place and implemented. Ensure cash sales are deposited and safe.
  • Ensures that Operating Expenses are minimized.
  • Checks all sales invoice booklets.
  • Check updates on daily sales journal (BIR)

Inventory Management

  • Ensure proper control in inventory, stockroom, monitor merchandise deliveries and closely monitor movements of the stocks and request replenishment.
  • Coordinates with Operations Heads on concerns regarding the supplies and order management.

Operations

  • Conduct branch visits regularly and submit monthly schedule of store visit.
  • Conduct on the spot inspections of the selling area, stockroom and day to day operations.
  • Ensures that the store maintains and implements all operational standards and procedures at all times.
  • Ensures that all concerns are addressed and inform operations for possible solutions on the concerns.
  • Coordinates with concerned departments in the head office for various general and specific store concerns.
  • Ensures that all required records, logbook, and other store documents are maintained and updated.
  • Discusses operational concerns with head office.
  • Ensure timely and complete submission of Store Personnel KRA's rating and discuss this with Retal operations officer.

Personnel Management

  • Clearly explain JD to store personnel.
  • Ensure that new hires are given proper orientation and training.
  • Coach store personnel by giving constructive feedback to help perform certain tasks.
  • Address inquiries and complaints from customers.
  • Prepare staff schedule to ensure sufficient manpower at all times.
  • Recommend employees qualified for promotion, transfer or any movement.
  • Coordinate with Retail Operations Manager and Operations Team regarding manpower requirements to ensure immediate filling-up of vacancies.
  • Investigate incidents and other highly sensitive violations against company standards and code of conduct.
  • Issues IR and follow up disciplinary actions on erring staff in coordination with HR and Operations Team.
  • Accomplishes staff performance appraisals for new and regular employees.
  • Recommends termination of Store Personnel through proper evaluation and documentation.
  • Approves applications for leaves of absences and under times of subordinates.
  • Implements overtime of staff when necessary but subject for approval of Operations Manager.
  • People development through training and coaching. Recommend employees who need re-orientation on training.
  • Create performance goals per store per personnel within the area: sales target, attendance and core values.
  • Reports and submit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually sales.
  • Assigns Individual Sales target for each staff in store on a Monthly basis and monitor their achievements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
