Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule Coordination: The primary duty will be to design, implement, and maintain comprehensive work schedules, ensuring optimal coverage and efficiency across all teams/projects.
  • Supervision and Oversight: Monitor scheduled activities, track completion status, address immediate scheduling conflicts, and provide necessary follow-up to ensure adherence to established plans.
  • General Administrative Support: Handle a wide array of administrative and clerical duties, which may include managing documents, data entry, preparing reports, maintaining office supplies, and assisting with internal communications.
  • Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for internal inquiries related to scheduling and general administrative needs.

Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience performing administrative tasks, schedule coordination, or similar roles is required.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using Google Workspace or similar office software.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to anticipate needs, identify potential issues, and solve scheduling or administrative problems quickly and effectively.

Requirements and Working Hours

  • Working Hours: This is a full-time position requiring availability Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM PST. Punctual and consistent attendance during these hours is essential.
  • Technical Setup: Candidates must possess and maintain their own reliable personal computer or laptop and have a high-speed, stable internet connection suitable for video conferencing and continuous remote work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php50,000.00 per month
